ABOUT NOHEMI
Hola! As a second-generation Mexican American, I struggled with a sense of belonging and finding my path. My dreams, lived experiences, and later, a connection to nature sparked my curiosity to explore outside of what I was told was the 'norm'. I deeply believe in people’s inherent capacity to grow and heal. I’m drawn to delve into the many layers that shape us - ancestors, family patterns, intersectionality, dream work, relationships, the seen and unseen. To me, everything is connected.
I enjoy working with individuals seeking to connect to their intuition; are navigating the aftermath of abuse or trauma; experiencing social, relational, or life-transition challenges; exploring intergenerational or ancestral influences; spirituality, or moving through anxiety, depression.
My intention is to help support you move toward what feels aligned. I take a collaborative, experiential and integrative approach. I see this work as a way to bring back flow, repair, connection and transformation- not only within ourselves, but in relationship to the world around us. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, compassion, and an eclectic blend that includes integrating the wisdom of nature and a passion for continuous learning.
