ABOUT Brandon
As the Project Coordinator at Aurora Counseling, I am often the first person clients connect with, and I take that role seriously. My goal is to make the process of starting and continuing therapy feel as clear, calm, and supportive as possible. I help guide clients through intake, consultation, and clinician availability with care and respect, offering timely responses and clear information so that logistical steps never feel overwhelming or discouraging. I understand that reaching out for support can be vulnerable, and I strive to ensure every interaction feels compassionate, organized, and human.
I do my best to support clients with non-clinical administrative needs related to scheduling, insurance, and billing, helping reduce common barriers to care such as long wait times, inadequate administrative system support, and limited follow-up communication. I treat all shared protected health information with strict confidentiality and sensitivity, recognizing that even administrative conversations can involve deeply personal details. My role is to be a trusted point of contact—someone who helps remove obstacles rather than create them—so clients can engage with their clinicians feeling supported, informed, and cared for from the very beginning.
