ABOUT LISA
Opening up to a new therapist is difficult and vulnerable. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes you have everything you need to survive and thrive already within you and my job is to collaborate with you, be trauma-informed, and identify and address oppressive systemic issues that make your life harder to navigate. I am strengths-based, person-centered, sex- and fat- positive, neurodivergent, kinky, ENM, and queer/genderqueer. I specialize in working with trauma using a somatic and parts-informed approach to change unhelpful patterns of relating, build nervous system resilience and self-compassion, and improve your quality of life.
